We provide apheresis treatments at multiple facilities in Warsaw (Poland) and Germany. Each location offers specialized equipment and medical expertise. We'll recommend the facility best suited to your location, medical condition, and treatment needs.

Book Your Treatment

1. Get in touch. Please complete the contact form. Alternatively, you can email us at info@plazmafereza.pl with your contact details.

2. Medical questionnaire. We'll send you a medical history form. Your answers will help us select the right apheresis type and filters for your specific condition, so that you achieve the best result.

3. Online medical consultation. One of our doctors will review your medical history and treatment goals and will discuss the proposed treatment plan, filter selection, and procedure details.
   The consultation fee is 400 PLN payable before the consultation. This amount will be deducted from the apheresis price if you proceed with the treatment.

4. Laboratory tests. You'll complete the blood tests based on the doctor’s guidance.

5. Treatment confirmation. After the doctor qualifies you for the treatment, you will pay 50% of the apheresis price to confirm your treatment date and time. This deposit is required because we will be reserving 3-4 hours of our medical team, the treatment room, equipment and materials exclusively for your treatment.

6. Day of the procedure. On the day of the treatment, you will pay the remaining 50% of the price and receive the treatment.

7. After treatment. You'll receive your treatment documentation by email.

Treatment prices

Double Filtration Plasmapheresis (DFPP)

Our specialized DFPP treatment is customized to address your unique health needs:

• We use advanced filtration technology and select fractionator pore sizes to filter out the targeted particles in a more precise way

• We always aim to purify the maximum volume of plasma

• We consistently target the maximum number of manual flushes of the fractionator —available exclusively with the AFERsmart Plus apheresis system—thereby making the treatment highly efficient and safe compared to Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE)

DFPP session duration: 3-4 hours | Price: 10,000 PLN per session

• Continuous monitoring during the whole procedure by a specialist doctor and an apheresis nurse

• Use of additional medical equipment such as cardiomonitor

• All necessary intravenous (IV) fluids, medications and materials

Additional services (to be discussed):

• On your request, we can send the highly concentrated eluate (flush from the fractionator filter) to a laboratory and ask for specific tests (e.g. for specific autoantibody, toxin, or specific protein) to help you find out your diagnosis

LDL Apheresis (Low-Density Lipoprotein Apheresis)

This treatment removes low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol from the plasma, along with other harmful substances such as lipoprotein(a) (Lp(a)) and triglycerides.

LDL Apheresis:

• Effectively and rapidly lowers LDL cholesterol, lipoprotein(a) and other atherogenic particles

• Slows the progression of atherosclerosis and reduces the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and other ischemic cardiovascular events

• Improves endothelial function and microcirculation, reduces ischemic events

• Reduces pro-thrombotic and inflammatory factors

• Removes pathogenic autoantibodies and immune complexes, which may improve cardiac function and reduce arrhythmias in autoimmune myocarditis and other immune-mediated cardiovascular conditions

Hemoperfusion:

Our advanced Hemoperfusion therapy is personalised to your unique health needs:

• We use advanced blood adsorption filters made by Jafron, Medica S.p.A or other renowned international leaders to filter out the targeted particles

• We always aim to process the maximum possible volume of blood

• We never rush the procedure and carefully adjust the blood pump flow rate to minimize pressure on the cannulated vein, ensuring optimal treatment quality and patient safety
